Composer and Newcastle uni prof who fled Britain after he wa

Bolivian-born ex-Newcastle University lecturer Agustin Fernandez is on the run 
He was found guilty of 13 sex offences and jailed for 23 years in March - with a one-year extended licence period
Fernandez did not attend his sentencing and it is understood he fled overseas 
In his online blog, he writes of how he decided to come to UK after being inspired by writer Oscar Wilde while studying in Japan in early 1980s
