Constable: Engineer from Elk Grove Village gets his motor ru

As a teen, Steve Kroc raced karts with the dream of being in the Indianapolis 500 some day. As an engineer for Ed Carpenter Racing, the Elk Grove Village native will be changing tires as a member of a pit crew at the Indy 500.
