(Rachel Nunes/Patch) CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — There have been more than 1,600 COVID-19 cases associated with a Cleveland Heights ZIP code, according to the Ohio Department of Health. Since the start of the pandemic, the 44118 ZIP code has been home to 1,632 COVID-19 cases. That's up from 834 COVID-19 cases in mid-November. Another ZIP code which touches Cleveland Heights, 44121, has had 1,489 COVID-19 cases among residents. That's up from 870 in mid-November. Subscribe The virus has also been reaching into schools. According to the Heights Schools' state-mandated dashboard, two staffers and one student have tested positive for the virus since Dec. 2.
