An article on Thursday about wind farms in Wyoming misstated the governing body where Terry Weickum once held a seat. It is the Carbon County Commission, not the Carbon County Commissioners Association. It also described imprecisely one of President Biden’s environmental actions. Mr. Biden imposed a moratorium on new drilling leases on federal land. He did not impose a general moratorium on all drilling on federal land.
