Coscelli: Legal Powers âCriticalâ For Digital Markets Unit The legal powers underpinning the new Digital Markets Unit to level the playing field between the tech giants and the publishers are “critical” and Government has promised to introduce a draft Bill “in the coming months,” the chief executive of the Competition and Markets Authority has said.
