In the universe of Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (C-STEM) education in California, the Solano County Superintendent of Schools is tops in 2023. Lisette Estrella-Henderson on Friday received the University of California, Davis, C-STEM Superintendent of the Year Award at the 13th Annual UC Davis C-STEM gathering in the campus conference center.
