Supt. Scott Boyd said 2020 was “a year of significant conduct reform” for CPS, but there’s still ongoing work on making the investigation process quicker.
“The No. 1 complaint from both citizens and (CPS) members is how long it does take to conclude some of these complex files,” he said.
