Days after a report detailed the failings of the city and its water and energy utilities during February’s winter storm, CPS Energy officials said Monday they’ve started carrying out some of the authors’ recommendations.
CPS chief executive Paula Gold-Williams said the utility is “working on a tighter network of communication” with the city and the San Antonio Water System to better coordinate in an emergency.
