This year, not all students had, or will have, that opportunity. A number of colleges and universities across Colorado — and nationwide — decided to remove spring break from their calendars in hopes of preventing viral spread that has accompanied travel and gatherings like the beach parties that occurred in Florida just last month. But not Colorado State University. CSU students will still have a weeklong spring break April 12-16 and, following the break, all classes will move to remote learning for the remainder of the semester, which ends May 14. The original spring break was scheduled for March, but the date was pushed back to accommodate the university's switch to remote learning following spring break.
