Bars will remain closed and restaurants must close by 10 p.m. in accordance with Gov. Ned Lamont's executive orders. That also means no jam-packed celebrations either — restaurants will remain at 50 percent capacity and alcohol must be served with meals. There is an eight guest limit per table as well. Businesses that violate the orders can be subject to fines or liquor license suspensions. Seagull said in a statement. "It is important for businesses and consumers to continue to follow the protocols and restrictions that remain in place to protect public health and safety so that we can get back to normal sooner rather than later.
