For the first time in three years, more than 100 drivers died in Lee County crashes and a little over 200 crashes total in Southwest Florida counties. The people who make up those statistics are parents, siblings and friends. We looked at how deadly crashes impact lives of community members in Southwest Florida. Jessica Riner doesn’t see yellow tape or big blue and red lights when she drives by a crash scene. She feels the sudden change in people’s lives.
