as the sheriff of wall street, new york governor ellioiot spit. thanks for being with us. >> you sounded the alarm of aig risk taking -- and they blew it off, they're fine. what do you think needs to be included in this legislation to help avoid another meltdown? >> the single piece that is not there and must be there, how we address too big to fail. when they crumble they require such a huge infusion of tax dollars or else the entire economy implodes, we have been resuscitated and putting ourselves at risk for the same type of collapse down the road. too big to fail is still embedded in the system. take the institutions apart and make them into smaller institutions that do not poes the same structural threat.
