according to what they put out in projections you look at the size of the oil slick they are reporting. on friday it may have been this big. according to the maps they have published overnight it's about 40 or 50% smaller. that's good news for the fishermen. we saw the model showing 20 to 30 miles distance from the coast of bayou le batre. now it's 30 to 40. it could have hit over the weekend. it's better now for them. they have now also mobilized some of the national guard in the area to put up different types of booms. not just the orange ones that we have been seeing but larmger ones that are about four, five feet tall. they take longer to put in but they work more effectively. >> richard, appreciate it. as you can see, fishermen are in a tough spot, unsure when they can get back on their feet and their boats. offered a possible lifeline by bp, it sounded too good to be true. you know what? that usually means exactly that.
