state or state employment, whether it's the army or the police force or the government. this is the mentality that we need to change. we need more entrepreneurs, we need people to think more about business, people who want to do things for themselves and their community. you can't live off the state forever. >> reporter: jordanian youth at least have the skills that prepare them for the workplace. but jordan is home to more than a million palestinian ref his that live in camps like this one here called bahga on the edge of rahman. they get an education but few opportunities to work. these young boys still have goals, even though they know they are amongst the poorest. ahmed wants to be a doctor while hassan would like to become a computer engineer. their optimism seems boundless. they even tell me one day they will rebuild this camp.
