over the weekend. and dimming prospects of passing the gop's latest health care bill are adding to the angst. what do you think is the problem here? why aren't republicans seeing more wins from a party that controls both chambers of congress? >> we won the white house. we should be having the time of our lives as republicans. the reason why donald trump won the presidency. there was a leadership vacuum in the republican party th. that leadership vacuum is still in the republican party. republicans aren't getting something done. you hear talk radio hosts, you hear them saying, why would we vote republican right now? we don't know what it means to be a republican under president trump because he the not leading. you would think that we lost the way republicans are playing the blame game right now. donald trump does own this party. and there's enough blame to go around. but i'm sick of the blame game
