opportunity to opt out and the requirement that the coverage, the cost of that coverage can't be shifted on an individual basis. so the prices couldn't be raised because they have a specific issue. a specific pre-existing condition. so a state could opt out of that obamacare regulation. now, the concern is that if a state opts out and you lose your coverage if you have pre-existing coverage, your prices are going to skyrocket. there's no guarantee that you have to be offered coverage that you'd be able to afford it. now, in this bill, there's a provision that if you already have pre-existing coverage for a pre-existing condition, you will be grandfathered in. there's a protection right there. your plan will be carried over into the next iteration into health care, trumpcare, whatever you want to call it. those with preexisting coverage, a large percentage turn off and on plans. if you get off of your plan or if you move to another state, you lose that grandfathered status and, therefore, lose the
