every member in the house and the senate who they blame, i think a vast majority would say they blame the president. at 6:00 a.m. yesterday morning, the house was set to pass narrowly the bill, which they did pass, and i think that bill would have passed in the senate. i don't think you can deny that a single tweet the president had, oftentimes we hear the white house brush these things aside. but the president really did throw the legislative process into chaos by undermining the position of house and senate republicans. so i just do think that the view you would get, bipartisan view you would get, is that the president really has undermined the position of his own party continually. >> as we watch the spend debate, the president here at the march of fe let' listen.
