or two questions from the jury pertaining to what they should do if they can't come to a consensus on a single count. that was around 11:00 this morning and then that's when the judge gave them what is essentially an allen charge, termed here in virginia as a sawyer's charge. and the judge said to them you should go back into the courtroom, continue deliberations whether to this one count you can't come to consensus. we're unsure how many counts the jury may have had some question on. so that happened just past 11:00 a.m. they went back into the jury deliberation room at 11:58. here we stand at about 4:15, 4:20. about four and a half hours the jury has been there in deliberating so we'll wait to see, jake, what the note says. unclear if it's more clarification questions or if it could be a verdict here. so we're going to wait and see and get back to you as soon as
