have been in place. over there are more police and slightly past them, more protesters and some venezuelan security borders. this is a risk of the standoffs for the weeks ahead, that you may have protesters coming to these sites who will meet with security forces. i may add that the clashes there, since those defections, we've heard of more where there are a hundred at least of those that have changed sides. they, too, are hungry, thirsty, experienced what other venezuelans are but they're in the military to get the subsidized food they need to feed their family. most are defecting, and i think that's what they were hoping to see, but the question is whether it acts toward change.
