the point is they could not do it and the simulator would not simulate that. boeing issued a statement where they said they've made corrections to the 737 maximulator software. it has provided additional information to ensure the experience is representative across different flight conditions. it goes onto say boeing is working closely with the device manufacturers and regulators to ensure that customer training is not disrupted. but what this doesn't help with much at all at this point is customer confidence. again, it shows in the development of this system, boeing itself is now saying something wasn't quite right. >> i had this mother on last week, lost her daughter, and you know, i just -- she was so compelling and to -- what would she be thinking and the families be thinking hearing about the flaws in the system. tom, to your point on trust, i
