no one likes fighting with the hard earned money but spending like our cash like crazy. jackie i be ban yez is here on the biggest day of the year. good morning jackie. >> parting with the money. today is the dreaded april 159 tax day. while it is a great time for the irs collecting $3 trillion you may be pulling out your hair by the end of the day. for all of you last minute filers good luck to you. the irs saying you may not be able to speak to a real person on the phone today. >> our phone level of service at the start of the filing season was just 54 percent. as we have gotten closer to the end of the filing season it dipped below 40 percent. that means more than six out of 10 people who called could not reach a live assister. >> that is frustrating right there. commissioner john koskinen blaming the poor service on slashed budget and poor staffing. >> people need to understand the ir is going to have to do less
