louisiana, over 12 hours. you can look at the area here in eastern louisiana. it just hasn't stopped raining and a lot of these were thunderstorms, too. that's why we have pretty extreme flash flooding concerns. everywhere twh in the maroon colors, here's flash flood warnings, through the heart of arkansas and eastern louisiana, we've gotten about six to ten inches of rain in the last 24 hours here. right along the border of louisiana and texas. port arthur, around four, you get the idea here and we've had extreme flooding in a lot of small towns and parishes. temperatures have been off the charts. i can't categorize how significant this early warm period has been, we've never seen it in recorded history from chicago through the great lakes. now some areas here in northern new england haven't seen weather this warm, this early in the spring season. it was 85 in chicago. seven days in a row of record highs. that's unbelievable. each and every day we've broken
