senators and they say things. i think harry reid is telling the truth. i don't think mitt romney's paid any taxes in the last ten years, and this is a story the republicans don't want out there at all because if it gets out there, there's going to be this big clamor across america, yeah, now it's about tax fairness and the wealthy need to pay their fair share and there shouldn't be these tax havens and loopholes. that's a story they don't like. i'm joined by john garamendi from california. appreciate your time, congressman. i guess i should ask you, do you have a problem with what senator harry reid has said as of late? what do you make of it? >> i think harry reid is on to it. what is really important is that we understand how romney views tax policy. those tax returns will tell us exactly how he views tax policy. we need to know that because after all, he wants to be president. he will sign tax bills. are those the tax bills that will send jobs offshore? hide money, avoid taxes, use every loophole possible?
