di the republican incumbent, jeff denham is going to be in the general election. look at this, you have a right wing challenger, republican, ted howze not far behind. 762 votes behind jot harder, the top democrat. we will see a bit of ground for howze to make up there, but boy, that would be a l democrats didn't see coming if he makes that up. you're feeling cautiously optimistic your candidate is going to make it. so right now, we have the question going into tonight, ar be loc anywhere. right now i can't look at any of these and say democrats are going to be locked oit. they have certainly a very decent chance of not being locked out of any of these. i think at the very bottom line, that was probably their goal heading into tonight to live to fight in all of these in november. brian, we'll send it o our thanks to steve kornacki. we ask only that you not stray fr the big board as we're going to be going back to you with results as they come in through the broadcast.
