Now that Cape Cod Healthcare has held its first COVID-19 vaccination clinics at Cape Cod Community College, people want to know how they can get on the list for first and second doses. While the answers are still a bit unclear, Cape Cod officials said more answers should be coming as a regional consortium gets rolling. “So much has changed in the last week,” said Madeline Noonan, director of community services for the town of Barnstable. “What does that mean to people? Everybody wants to know, ‘What do we do?’” Cape Cod Healthcare, which has held several clinics at Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, started dispensing vaccines Monday at the Cape Cod Community College gymnasium in West Barnstable.
