DNC to hold virtual session to nominate Biden to ensure he's

As Ohio lawmakers debate a proposal to change Ohio's 90-day presidential certification in a special session, the Democratic National Committee says it will move to ensure President Joe Biden is on the fall ballot no matter what they do.
