Do N.J. cops actually issue tickets to drivers who don’t clean snow off their cars? We got the stats.

Everyone has seen a car or SUV on the road that has enough snow and ice on the roof to look like a rolling vanilla-layer cake, or a vehicle with a peephole carved out that’s just big enough to see through, after a storm.
A law has been around for 10 years to convince inconsiderate drivers to clean off winter’s frosty deposits from their vehicles before hitting the road. But how many tickets actually get issued for people driving a car that looks like a leftover prop from “Frozen”? Data show the odds are pretty good they’ll just keep driving (until that glacier on the roof slips over the windshield) without getting a ticket.
