The sentencing guidelines on which the magistrates base their decisions only go up to 150 and the Grzegorz Kozminski gave a reading of 155. Kozminski, 38, of Acre View, Bacup, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol on Newchurch Road, Bacup. He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 18 months with a nine months alcohol treatment requirement and 15 days rehabilitation activity requirement.
