The sentencing guidelines on which the magistrates base their decisions only go up to 150 and the Grzegorz Kozminski gave a reading of 155. Kozminski, 38, of Acre View, Bacup, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol on Newchurch Road, Bacup.
