Investigators are looking for the driver of a vehicle they believe struck and killed a 14-year-old boy Sunday night and then fled the scene of the Salisbury crash. A Maryland State Police news release shows troopers from the Salisbury Barrack responded around 11:30 p.m. to a home off Outten Road after parents requested help looking for their 14-year-old son who had gone out for a walk and didn't come back. Troopers searching on foot around the 800 block of Parker Road heard a sound that drew them to the nearby bypass. They found the boy lying unconscious on the shoulder of the bypass south of Center Road, according to the release.
