CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - A 68-year-old man driving a car that plowed into a sporting goods store in Carson City and injured five people has been charged with multiple crimes, including driving on a suspended license and reckless driving causing substantial bodily harm.
Ronald Wilkerson of Gardnerville told sheriff’s deputies he had a medical episode before he lost control of the Toyota Prius that crashed through the front of the Sportsman’s Warehouse on Jan. 15. None of the injuries were life-threatening.
