The ballot only has two issues which will be for residents in three precincts. Republican voters that live in Cambridge City in precincts 4-A and 4-B will be voting on the only contested race for the 4th Ward council representative. Candidates vying for the seat are Samuel Grubbs and Mike Zaleski. Grubbs is running against incumbent Zaleski, who was appointed by the Republican party to fill the vacancy created when former member Jack Marlin resigned after he was elected a county commissioner in the November 2020 general election.
