With some people vouching for low, or even no-carb diets to lose weight, carbohydrates became infamous for being the primary cause of weight gain. However, as nutritionists and experts reviewed some of these diets, they found that carbohydrates have been wrongly convicted to be the culprit when it is actually just bad carbs that lead to weight gain.
