Article content A look at todayâs Edmonton weather by Environment Canada. Happy wine Wednesday, friends! Today I decided to write about an absolutely fabulous Barolo I enjoyed this past weekend. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary this weekend. We chose to not go out for a nice dinner on the patio and opted to make an Italian feast at home. We made our first attempt at homemade pasta and bolognese sauce. It turned into a really memorable family time with the kids helping to roll out the pasta dough and filling the ravioli and helping to shape them. All in all, it was a fun (very messy) adventure.
