El Monte man charged with four felonies after multi-county chase ends in Ventura

Ventura County District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced on Monday that Armando Gutierrez of El Monte has been charged with four felony counts and two misdemeanors related to a multi-county vehicle chase that ended in Ventura on Wednesday.
