New Jersey-bound travel at the bridge is scheduled to be restricted to a single travel lane from 6 to 10 a.m. on Friday so construction crews can pour concrete onto the deck of the adjoining bridge span now nearing completion at the Delaware River. The concrete pour was also initially scheduled for Thursday, but that date has been rescheduled due to forecasted rain, the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission said.
