Ex-Montgomery County Prison Board member to face trial for a

An Upper Gwynedd Township man who previously spent 32 years in prison for his role in a homicide as a juvenile before being paroled and who recently was a member of the Montgomery County Prison Board of Inspectors, must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court that he was part of a fraud scheme during which he stole more than $94,000 in COVID emergency rental assistance funds.
