As MJ Akbar's lawyer Geeta Luthra cites multiple arguments to appeal against the Delhi court judgment, Priya Ramani's counsel said they have robust evidence that can stand in any appellate court.

New Delhi: Days after BJP's Rajya Sabha MP and former junior external affairs minister MJ Akbar lost the defamation case against journalist Priya Ramani, his lawyer has now said they will appeal against the trial court judgment.
