TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Several KOLD viewers reached out to our Fact Finders team to ask how they can sign up to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Wendi Redman investigated and found out there are a few options, but below is one way you can do it online.
There is a Patient Portal Dashboard on the Arizona Department of Health Services website. The link is https://podvaccine.azdhs.gov/
