FAIR Plan Sues Lara Over Enhanced Homeowners's Policy Order

The California FAIR Plan Association is suing Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara over his recent order that the plaintiff offer a homeowners policy with traditional features as coverage for water damage, theft and loss of use in addition to current dwelling fire damage.
