The Houston-based fajita catering and delivery restaurant has inked a franchising deal with Austin-based G&S Business to open 10 locations in cities north of Dallas beginning later this year. The first G&S-owned and operated Fajita Pete’s restaurant is scheduled to open in Plano this December, according to a release. In 2022, locations are planned for McKinney and Frisco. Other locations are slated for Allen, Prosper and Richardson.
