You can just tell when somebody hastt everything together, and e clearly is not only so well qualified to be on the Supreme Court, but she is just a allaround great person, and the democrats just cant stand that. Shes saying i cant discuss personal views, thats the biden rule with ruth bader ginsburg. And now i apparently theres prf that, in r fact, he did have, nt only had contact, but his son introduced him into the company. Elizabeth yeah. So this is an ongoing story. Were going to stay on it. Now you hear that the Justice Department is switching gears, switching to thewi next case, yr take, your reaction to the Justice Department ending its unmasking probe without finding of wrongdoing. So voters should be kept in the dark after 39 obama officials including susan rice and joe biden had the identities of Trump Campaign members and others exposed, revealed in intelligence reports . Everybody should be okay with nameser like general michael fln leaked to the media . Theres a bunch of Different Things going on there. Remember, this wasas the investigation conducted by the u. S. Attorney in texas at the attorney generals direction which was john bash, and thats separate from the john durham probe out of connecticut which relates to the fisa court and the origins of the russia investigation. On the unmasking investigation, remember, there was nothing wrong with the individuals who received information in order to provide context of intercepts that were acquired for National Security reasons to learn who the other parties were to the conversation. That in and off itself is not illegal. Now, the fact that it was shared within an administration potentially for political purposes also, although not illegal, would present some troubling questions. The way the rubber meets the road, honestly, is whether or not any crimes were committed in the disclosure of that information to the media. But thats a very difficult thing to prove, as you know. And it would require the cooperation ofof the media in order to give up sources, in order to make that prosecution something thats always been very difficult to show. So i guess at the end of the day im not surprised elizabeth [inaudible] yeah, ied hear you. It just feels Like Washington writesri rules to protect itself while the privacy of regular gets slammed. This is why People Choose not to run for office or serve in campaigns. It just feels terrible, you know finish. F look, you make a legitimate point. The problem is, is that that was not a special counsel investigation. That was just done att the direction of the attorney general. Now we hear from a foia lawsuit that the Justice Department is not declassifying trumprussia and Flynn Documents after the president requested that, that basically they needed an actual order. Were going to stay on this story for a little bit now. I want to get to this point because it goes into this who exactly in the hillary Clinton Campaign came up with this disinformation plan to try to link trump to the hacking of russian emails . The Mueller Probe didnt find that. Somehow that storyline was taken on. Robby mook, in july 2016, goes on cnn, starts to link trump to russian, you know, misfeasance here, and then New York Times runs out a story saying this is the new narrative out of the hillary Clinton Campaign. Is so who came up with the plan, who leaked it, how did russia find out about it, the russians find out about it by hacking those democrat emails . Its a a mystery here. Look, those are all good questions, and it shouldnt remain a mystery too much longer. If the president has declassified things and, i mean, lets we can just recognize reality, whos running the show here. If the president makes the decision to declassify, it get declassified. Ththe bureaucracy can drag its feet, but ultimately the decisionqu maker is the preside. Thats the first point. And the second point is, yes, emailth will presumably show wo from the Clinton Campaign or in the clinton orbit was responsible for feeding the socalled teach state with regard to a narrative that, obviously, we now, you know, have come to understand wasnt true andnd was done for politicl purposes to do damage to the Trump Campaign at its outset. And this is why i think people need to wake up. This w border is an absolute danger to our National Security. And thats why this election coming up too, liz, is so very important when the democrats continue to say theyre going to open the border up, and theyre going to basically just let in millions of illegals.
