If the president wins the states he won in 2016 he gets reelected, it is as simple as that he has been to States Hillary clinton won. He has been to New Hampshire in recent days. Was in minnesota in recent days. Was in nevada, we think those are states we can add to the president s column. We start we believe with a floor of 306 electoral votes. That is what we won last time. We can only build on that. He is barnstorming states, wants to drive upturnout in the state. We have senate races in those states he wants to help n we feel very good where we are. I note that joe biden decided to make his Closing Argument in western pennsylvania with leading antiactivist lady gaga. Here i am with a person who wants to kill the jobs in the fracking industry. If that is his closing message well take it from the trump perspective. Elizabeth that is interesting. President and joe biden barnstorming to the four corners of pennsylvania. We believe he will win there again. Were well beyond the point where polls mean anything. Were looking at real vote totals coming in through the early vote period and joe biden has not hit his marks. The leads that he built up at the beginning of the early vote period have dissipated. In some states the president has gone ahead in early voting. In the other states the biden lead is so small we know that the president s election day turnout tomorrow is going to be enormous and it is going to swamp joe bidens lead. President is going to be reelected. He will be doing it by the huge election day turnout we know is coming tomorrow. Elizabeth yeah. Weve been reading through the footnotes of these polls and were trying to figure out how the polls are potentially underestimating how significant the shy, silent trump voter is. They dont want to be identified because they have been harassed. They have been screamed at. The real clear politics average of 10 polls for the battleground states, biden is up more than three points in michigan, pennsylvania, wisconsin. That same real clear politics average showed Hillary Clinton winning all three of those states in 2016 when trump won them. We continue to question as critics are too, what is going on with the polls. Charles cook of the cook report said hidden shy voter for biden is the College Educated suburban woman. That is who he thinks is the biden silent voter. What do you think . Well, i mean, i guess, we dont like to call them a shy trump voter. The better way to describe it would be take a hike trump voter. Our people will not report to pollsters. These are polls paid for by Media Companies who have been trying to destroy and defeat the president for four years. Why anybody puts stock in polls paid for by the same Media Outlets is beyond us. Our folks dont answer poll questions. They dont want to talk to pollsters. The polls dont take into massive number of newly registered republicans in states. Over 200,000 republicans in pennsylvania and that, north carolina. Those dont register in polls. They have not figured out a way to measure those things. They dont know what is going on the ground. Weve seen the data for better part of the year. We know where the president stands. He is going to be reelected. Elizabeth i want to show the New York Times map. How long the vote will take and what share of votes expected to be counted november 4th. That is a map all over the map. We have this odd tweet, it has been called odd by critics from Pennsylvania Attorney general joshua shapiro. All the votes added up in pennsylvania, trump will lose. That is why he is working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from the process. That is the attorney general of pennsylvania tweeting that out. Really when it comes down to, when voters peel back the curtain. We have indictments, leaks, indictments, leaks, turnover, pandemic, protests but when voters pull the curtain they ask themselves who has earned my vote . What have you done for me . The number of Small Businesses in the keystone state cut by 1 5 since last year. People on social media, they dont like the protests how they led to shooting and looting. Other states have these delayed counts. No, we definitely wont know the answer tomorrow. Elizabeth so, also this is like 300 lawsuits now. There was 230 last week. Now the number of lawsuits has grown over the election. It is filed in dozens of states. So how long will this go on if we dont know the winner by tomorrow night . Well, what well see are court cases. Then you will see appeals that may wind up as high as the Supreme Court. That is going to take several weeks. But frequently, as in the case with the bushgore race and hanging chad from long ago, you know, the Supreme Court, the state Supreme Courts, they will move pretty quickly on these. I dont know that it will drag into january but there is certainly that possibility. Elizabeth january . I mean, that is, that is unheard of for the united states. Yes. Elizabeth voters and people out there would say we dont want this for our country. We dont want to have this going into january because the more you have that, uncertainty, the more potential street action and riots you have, right . Absolutely. The longer this is held out or, longer it takes to certainly will create more instability. Then the decision when it comes later, there is more anxiousness and all of that so yeah, that is a concern. I think the courts will be very responsive but there there wille appeals. Several of these will probably go all the way to the Supreme Court. Elizabeth yeah, President Trump said yesterday, as soon as the election is over he will go in with the lawyers. He is preparing for a tough legal battle. He is disputing a report that he would declare himself as winner if he was in the lead. Talk about the Supreme Court. Is the conservative wing of the Supreme Court, is that a factor . Were excited about judge Amy Coney Barrett and her addition to the court. She will go by the law and what the law says and the constitutionality of the law. A lot of the issues have been judged, unelected bureaucrats making decisions because of covid at the last minute to subvert the laws of each state. I think thats wrong. I think we need to execute the law as it is written. If we do that the Supreme Court will come alongside that. It is where the laws are subverted, particularly by nonlegislative legislators make the law. So when some bureaucrat or an executive order changes the voting process, contrary to the laws of the state, well that creates a big problem. Elizabeth talk to us more about that. So what exactly is the issue . Well the issue is, you know, you take, for example, the court ruling in texas, in houston and drivein ballots. These were decisions that were made at the last minute on how to execute the, sort of voting process during the covid pandemic. You cant just change state laws by executive orders and, at the last minute and expect the voter to know exactly how theyre supposed to do it. Thats the problem. And then the judges rule to support not the law but this bureaucratic decision at the last minute. So that creates the concern that i think you will see presented to the courts again and again. Elizabeth you know, yeah, i hear you. Pennsylvania and wisconsin, other states they cant begin counting the ballots until election day. That is an issue too. You have the Pennsylvania Attorney general josh shapiro tweeting out if all the votes are added up in pennsylvania trump is going to lose. So you can see at the ag level, you know, it is getting really politicized. Your final word, sir . You know that position, that particular individual in that position is incredibly political and incredibly biased. So i would ask the american, you know, viewer dont pay him any attention.
