Print this article For the first time, the FBI will have a chief diversity officer, with Director Christopher Wray tapping Scott McMillion to fill the role. “As our chief diversity officer, Scott is the right person to ensure that the FBI fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion and that our workforce reflects the communities we serve,” Wray said. “I’m grateful he has agreed to bring his talent, experience, and dedication to our Office of Diversity and Inclusion, where he will build upon the important work that others started.” McMillion previously served as the chairman of the Black Affairs Diversity Committee, which assists the Office of Diversity and Inclusion on issues facing black employees and works to strengthen minority recruitment and retention at the FBI.
