The Yellowstone County Attorney’s Office has agreed to drop felony theft charges filed earlier this year against Glenn Fournier, the owner of Metric Wrench, if he pays $6,000 to a customer whose vehicle he was accused of bringing to a salvage yard and writes the customer a letter of apology.

The charges were filed shortly after Fournier, an Evangelical pastor and former longtime leader of the Montana Rescue Mission, announced that he was moving his business to the Heights because of downtown crime.
