By Jason Taylor Dec 18, 2020 FORT DODGE, Iowa - Five men charged in a Fort Dodge double murder are pleading not guilty. The Messenger reports all five face 2nd Degree Murder charges, and all but one are charged with Felon In Possession Of A Firearm. Investigators determined the men were involved in a "volley of bullets" in the early morning hours after a neighborhood gathering back in June. They were charged after a five-month investigation into the shooting that killed two men and wounded two women. The two men who died were 25-year-old Jamael Cox and 47-year-old Tyrone Cunningham, both of Fort Dodge.
