Former AG Eric Holder’s hourly rate is $2,295 he says after OHSU tapped him to investigate its handling of sexual misconduct complaints

Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, a partner at the Washington, D.C.-based firm Covington & Burling, will work on the inquiry with former federal prosecutor Nancy Kestenbaum, who has done other investigation into reports of sexual misconduct, harassment and discrimination for other educational institutions, according to OHSU.

Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, who Oregon Health & Science University tapped to conduct an investigation into the campus’ handling of sexual misconduct and discrimination complaints, told the school his hourly rate is $2,295 and his legal partner’s rate is $1,445 an hour.
