Former NLC CEO withheld evidence, committed misconduct: citizens' representative report
According to the report, issued Thursday, Steve Winter failed to disclose nearly 600 pages of material evidence to the Office of the Citizens' Representative between November 2015 and April 2017. Winter was fired as CEO of the NLC in 2018.
