A 5,880-square-foot building at the Vitarelli's site would be used for the sale of wine, liquor and beer, says an application from Prakesh Patel. It says the site, which is accessible from West Tampa Avenue, would be upgraded "with new new curbing, paving, sidewalks and lighting." The plan also calls for an additional 2,000 square feet of green space at the property. The business would operate from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, the application says. Patel, who acquired the building for $500,000 in October 2020, could not be reached for immediate comment.
