I am not a big believer in Ransom Payments for hostages. One of my biggest criticisms about the 6 billion of the president was willing to give iran in exchange for five american hostages to me Ransom Payments result in more hostagetaking however there might be incentives that israel can offer if they want the lights turn back on and they would like the water turned back on and other utilities turned on maybe that would be something you could negotiate for the release of all hostages the president wants to give 100 million in aid to the Palestinian People i dont believe a penny of that will get to the people and i believe that money will be in the pockets of hamas but perhaps they could insist on the release of hostages on that point is not my policy but clearly it is his.
